Classroom Decorating: Day Six- Meet Schema Susie!

I'm at the point now where I am needing to make things for last minute boards and thank goodness I can now concentrate on center activities, organize paperwork, and prepare for Parent Night. Last summer I wasn't as far as I am now, so I'm feeling good! :) Today, I ran up to my classroom to bring a couple of things back home to work on, so I only have one pic. I created Schema Susie yesterday and she completes my schema board. It's now ready to display graphic organizers and charts! :)

  1. Schema Susie is so cute! :) I'll make you a deal. I'll help you implement more Reader's Workshop stuff if you help me acclimate to Reading Street! I'm switching schools, and I was happy to see that you love it. I haven't gotten a chance to look at it yet, aside from what I've looked up online. :) Your room looks great!

  5. Miss D- Thank you! The rug came from Lowes last summer. I love to use my Cricut for letters, but I just used the letters by TREND that you get at a teacher supply story for the schema board. Do you use the Cricut for font a lot? My favs are Lyrical Letters and Alphalicious :)

  6. Thank you for letting me know! I love to use my circuit for school but I'm still building up my cartridge collection. I mainly use it for designs like flowers or bees. :-)
